SHIPPING
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All our products are shipping using either Sea or Air Freight. Unless stated on the product our default shipping method will be by Sea.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We currently deliver to UK, Gambia, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Ghana.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Sea freight can be around 1 month and air freight within 14 days but you can contact us or use our tracker for up-to-date information on orders.
PAYMENT
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We use Paypal to accept most forms of credit and debit cards.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We pride ourselves on the security of our customers and work very hard to ensure our site is secure.
Order & Retunrs
How do I place an Order?
One you have added a product to your shopping cart you can then go and review your order. By adding in your address and updating your cart you will then be able to see the full cost for your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Order can be cancelled IF the products have not already been picked for packing. You must call our support line if you need to do this.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but we recommend that you do in order to utilise tracking and customer support.
How Do I Track My Order?
Our new tracking system will go live soon and you will be able to use it to do that online. At present you can call our support number to get an update on your order.
How Can I Return a Product?
You must call our support line to find out if your product is eligible for return. Some products such as underwear and some foods cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
