How to use
Apply directly on eyelids with the cotton bud applicator and blend with fingers or damp Precision Makeup Sponge 100 (sold separately). Give it a minute to dry before applying eyeshadows. Artistry Pro Tip: In a hurry? Set primer with a light dusting of Invisimatte Blotting Powder (sold separately).
