The signature series Kirkland Signature Brut Champagne comes from the top Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vineyards of Roland de Brayne and Mannuel Janisson, in Sezanne. This Kirkland Signature blend is made up of old vine Grenache and Syrah grapes grown on limestone soil., from some of the highest vineyards in the Gigondas appellation. Kirkland Signature Toscana 2016 expresses all the characteristics of the Tuscan coast, with a perfect combination of sunshine, warm days and cool nights. The vineyards of this elegant cuvée overlook the Tyrrhenian Sea where the harmony between soils and vines makes this wine one with nature. Toscana is a fresh and delicate red wine, showcasing rich flavours of wild herbs, ripe cherry and raspberries. There are firm tannins, fruity notes and a velvety smooth finish. The Carneros AVA (American Viticultural Area) is located in Southern Napa Valley and Sonoma County near the bay. It was the first wine region in California to be defined by climate. The cool winds and almost-daily cool fog combine to make this the top region for the production of Pinot Noir.

Only the finest malt and grain have been selected for the Kirkland Signature Irish Whiskey. These have been carefully triple distilled and then aged for a minimum of four years in oak casks, for an incredibly smooth and rich Irish Whiskey. There are notes of licorice, caramel, orange and toffee on the nose, in the mouth the sweet caramel persists with hints of toffee and oak with a spicy finish.
